Reference Number 0000322225 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/05/2023 05:00 PM EDT The City of Riverdale, through its Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for construction of the Riverdale Centre Storage Facility. This project installs an estimated 5,000 square foot building. Work shall be done per the construction drawings and documents prepared by Office of Design. The City reserves to right to reject bids from unqualified bidders or bid the City deems fraudulent. - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The City of Riverdale, through its Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for construction of the Riverdale Centre Storage Facility.
