As of 08/17/2023 Project is under advisement at this time. The work includes, but is not limited to, all work required to complete the Construction of Covington Clinic demolition for St. Tammany health system. Bids will be on a lump sum basis. Deposits for subsequent sets of Bidding Documents and sets requested by Non-Prime Bidders shall be refunded, except that the cost of reproduction shall be deducted upon the return of such Bidding Documents, including all Addenda, in good condition within ten days after receipt of Bids. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party makes all arrangements and assumes responsibility for all shipping charges. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount (including All Alternates) of the Bid. The bid security may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or a Bid Bond meeting the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, which bonds shall comply with the Bid Documents. The Owner may reject any Base Bid in excess of $935,000.00 or all Bids and may reject a Bid not accompanied by the bid security, or may reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, or may reject a Bid for just cause.
