Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Olmsted Township is inviting bids for the Olmsted Township SCHADY ROAD NATURE TRAIL AND DOG PARK, which consists of: o The installation of approximately 5,000 feet of 10 feet wide asphalt nature trail, 1,100 feet of 20 feet wide asphalt access drive, 41 space parking lot and a 100 feet x 240 feet fenced dog park. Bidders must submit one (1) original copy of its Bid in one sealed envelope clearly marked Olmsted Township SCHADY ROAD NATURE TRAIL AND DOG PARK." Bids will be valid for 90 days after the Bid opening date. Each Bid must contain all Bid Forms, if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into with the Township in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract contained in the Bid Documents. Bid Bonds will be returned when the Contract has been executed by the Successful Bidder, or when any Bid is, or all Bids are rejected. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and waive any non-conformities or irregularities contained therein.
