The underlayment's condition shall be assessed by the contractor and the Forest Service to deem if repairs are necessary prior to the installation of new shingles. Project area is approximately 40 Square (4000 sq. ft.). Roofing and related materials are to be provided by the contractor. Please note that there are two objects that's protrude from the existing roof. A chimney for a wood stove and a point for electricity. Appropriate safety precautions will be taken in the presence of these utilities.
