This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on/about July 3rd, 2023 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.
