The City of Tualatin (City) intends to purchase field light equipment, to include replacement through the King County Directors Association (KCDA) cooperative procurement conducted by KCDA. The City is a member of cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given in accordance with ORS 279A.215. KCDA through contract number 406 issued Invitation to Bid #23-406 soliciting proposals for Sport Court and Field Lighting, with Musco Sport Lighting, LLC a successful proposer. The City will purchase field lighting equipment and replacement from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC for $400,546. This includes design, freight, equipment, replacement, required bonds, and permits. Prospective vendors can comment on the Citys intent to purchase from Musco Sport Lighting, LCC through an Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Rich Mueller, Parks Planning & Development Manager, at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave, Tualatin OR 97062 no later than June 16, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
