Site work and renovation of a library in Rancho Mirage, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project, including but not limited to the removal of the existing ceiling tile and grid system and replacement with a new ceiling tile and grid system and removal and replacement of existing lighting. A new Ceiling tile and grid system will need to be installed along with a new lighting system. Each room within the Library will have to be done in phases and scheduled one room at a time. All comments and questions from proposers must be submitted in writing and received by no later than 2:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2023 and must be submitted via the following approved written methods addressed to Charles Nesbit, Project Manager: 1.
