The Texas A&M University System (A&M System ) is soliciting proposals for selection of a real estate developer (also referred to as Developer or Respondent) to enter into a real property ground lease for the development of commercial (office and retail) and/or mixed-use development on the property of Texas A&M University (Texas A&M) in College Station, Texas. Scope The objective of this development is to achieve the highest and best use of the property in a manner which is physically and functionally integrated with the current development of Texas A&M. Respondents may propose on the entire property available or a portion thereof. The A&M System will consider all proposals and has the option to award to one or more Respondents based on the best interest as determined by the A&M System and Texas A&M University.
