Renovation of a multi-residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Elevator upgrade including cables, counterweights, machine, car, cab interior and door replacement. 2. Installation of conditioning and ventilation system that serves the elevator cab, Hostway and machine room. 3. Electrical equipment and connections associated with new elevator. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 2. Project requires: a. General Contractor b. Filed sub-contractors in the following trades: 1) Elevators 2) HVAC 3) Electrical 3. Notice to Proceed: Anticipated after Project Award. 4. Construction Start: On or about June, 2023. 5. Refer to Division 01 Section Temporary Facilities and Controls for temporary enclosures, temporary heat, and weather protection for existing exterior building enclosure. 6. Project Duration: 270 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The Project consists of but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural and Elevator Upgrades.
