Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Est. Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2023 The work includes, but is not limited to drilling, completion, and development of a well called the Gilchrist Elementary School New Backup Well #2. The well will be approximately 330 feet deep, completed with 8-inch PVC casing, and stainless steel well screen. The work will include drilling a 12-inch diameter (nominal) size bore hole; installing the casing, screen, gravel pack, and cement grout; the well will be developed, and finally, test pumping will be conducted; site reclamation, consisting of backfilling, leveling of the mud pits, scarifying and back dressing the site, and spreading of topsoil will be completed, however the site will not be reseeded. The well will be constructed in accordance with the Wyoming State Engineer's Office Minimum Well construction standards, and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Standards for Public Water Supply Wells. A Domestic Water Modifications project is ongoing at the same time and coordination with the contractor is required.
