Site Directions: Carimona to Mankato Streets SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT City Project Number 999-ST-23 This project consists of furnishing of all labor and materials required for construction thereof for the City of Winona, Minnesota. Approximate Quantities for the Major Items of Work are: SIDEWALK REMOVAL 3,200 SF CONCRETE SAWING 400 LF CONSTRUCT 4" SIDEWALK 2,500 SF CONSTRUCT 6" SIDEWALK 700 SF CURB REMOVAL 150 LF CONSTRUCT CURB & GUTTER 150 LF A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond shall accompany each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Winona, Minnesota which shall be forfeited to the City in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City. The contractor shall furnish the owner, within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded, a bond executed by a surety company approved by the owner in the full amount of the contract and conditioned as provided by the General Statutes of this State. The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and having a minimum A.M. best rating of B+. The term of the bond will be two (2) years from the date of final acceptance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Construction operations shall be completed by September 30, 2022
