The City of Madison, Alabama invites interested contractors to submit sealed bids to the above noted address for the award of a contract for the Intergraph Park LED Lighting Installation project. Bids must be submitted by the time and date specified above, at which time those bids will be publicly opened and read in Conference Room 130 in the Madison Municipal Complex. Each bidder is responsible for mailing or hand delivering its bid so that it will be received at the above address and location at or before the time of the specified bid opening; bids received after that time will not be considered. This project consists of installing new owner furnished Musco TLC LED sports lighting fixtures on existing poles with new control cabinets for the two baseball fields, installing new poles, fixtures, and controls for the pickleball courts, and reconditioning the bulk power distribution system located in Building 18. The work includes accepting delivery of all equipment and furnishing all materials and labor required to complete the project according to the lighting manufacturer's installation instructions. Expected completion timeframe is sixty (60) days from the issuance of a notice to proceed.
