The Montgomery County Commission requests qualifications for master planning and environmental due diligence studies for a large industrial park development (2,700 +/- acres) to be partially financed with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The project will consist of pre-development master planning and environmental due diligence deliverables.
