USACE Baltimore District requires construction services for the Alvin Bush Dam Rock Wall Stabilization Project. The jobsite is located at the Alvin Bush Dam on Kettle Creek in Clinton County, PA. The proposed project will be a competitive, Firm-Fixed-Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contract By Negotiation, via Request For Proposals (RFPs).
