Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Helens, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of St. Helens, Oregon is requesting proposals from experienced Design-Build (DB) teams with demonstrated experience in the design and construction of water storage reservoirs and water pipeline systems for the replacement of the City's 2.0 MG Water Reservoir. The DB team will be required to analyze existing site infrastructure, make recommendations for replacement, and perform the design and construction of a new water storage reservoir to replace the existing 2MG concrete reservoir at the same site location. Responses to this RFP will be reviewed, scored, and ranked according to the criteria and process defined in this RFP. The DB team selected for contract negotiations will be the firm selected as the most qualified through the RFP's evaluation process. The City of St. Helens reserves the right to reject any response not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all responses in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
