The City of Dickson will be accepting bids for a new entry awning for the new Dickson Senior Activity Center, located at 100 Payne Springs Road, Dickson, TN. The City of Dickson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award. The proposed awning is to consist of an aluminum frame with black fabric, and may be free standing or attached to the existing building. Bid submittals must meet all requirements set forth in the bid documents at TCA codes.
