Scope of Work #1 DRAIN LINE REPLACEMENT - 10 UNITS (As a vacancy occurs in units listed below) 1-bedroom units at Fagan Square, Dixon & Ingram, 8th Street Court, and North Adams Remove commode and vanity HAH will install commode and vanity back in place when floor is finished Sawcut and demo concrete in bathroom area for access to drain lines - approximately 7' across HAH will have drywall cut out for access to kitchen and washer drain Install plastic to protect walls from dust and slurry Drill 1/2 " holes in concrete for rebar - 3 on each side Demo out old piping and dispose of Demo kitchen sink drain and washer drain Supply and install new 2" PVC SCH 40 drain line to kitchen sink, washer box, and washer box vent line Reuse all vent lines in walls Tie into existing 3 " PVC drain lines by water closet It is assumed at drain lines past this point are in good working order Supply and install new 1-1/2" clean out on kitchen and sink drain Test all new drains and put into service Backfill around pipe with granular fill Haul off concrete and spoil Pour concrete back as needed Match existing grade of concrete Flooring and drywall will be done by HAH Contractors responsible for permits and inspections Contractor responsible for clean-up and disposal of all debris 7 Scope of Work #2 DRAIN LINE REPLACEMENT - 12 UNITS (As a vacancy occurs in units listed below) 840 N Adams HAH will remove commode and vanity and install commode and vanity back in place when floor is finished Drywall and cabinets will be removed by HAH Sawcut and demo concrete in bathroom area for access to drain lines -approximately 8' across Install plastic to protect walls from dust and slurry Drill 1/2 " holes in concrete for rebar - 3 on each side Demo out old cast iron and copper piping and kitchen drain and dispose of Supply and install new 2" PVC SCH 40 drain line and double wye fitting between 2 apartments (kitchen sinks) Reuse all vent lines in walls Tie into existing 3" PVC drain lines by water closet It is assumed at drain lines past this point are in good working order Test all new drains and put into service Backfill around pipe with granular fill Haul off concrete and spoil Pour concrete back as needed Match existing grade of concrete Flooring and drywall will be done by HAH Contractors responsible for permits and inspections Contractor responsible for clean-up and disposal of all debris Product Questions should be directed to: Tony Clayton, Maintenance Supervisor, AMP 2 270-827-1294 extension #1269 or 270-724-9307 Project Awarded to Payne’s Home Improvement
