BARR MIDDLE SCHOOL (MS) - S.E.D. #: 50-01-08-03-0-004-020 22-4988 Wages to workers, laborers and mechanics employed to work on this project, shall be paid in accordance with Section 220 of the Labor Law, and in accordance with the Prevailing Rate Schedules (PRC # found in the Project Manual) and proof of such payments will be required. 1.1 The Nanuet Union Free School District, Rockland County, NY, invites bid proposals for the following: NUFSD Phase 2 Capital Projects: A. BMS Controls Upgrades: (MC-01) 5. Air Conditioning Project: (MC-01, EC-01) Each bidder shall agree to hold his/her bid price for forty -five (45) days after the formal bid opening
