Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
a. SCOPE OF WORK Will be for the removal and replacement of three Park & Recreation storage buildings roofs located in Midland, MI. i. Chemical Building: 1. Tear off all roofing membrane and flashings down to the deck, dispose of legally. 2. Remove any items identified by the owner as abandoned. 3. Furnish and install 1 layer of new 2 Elevate ISO mechanically fastened. 4. Furnish and install a new 1/4 per foot Tapered ISO Saddles as shown on drawing. 5. Furnish and install new fully adhered .060 mil EPDM. Provide all necessary details at projections, flashings, and drains etc. for a complete watertight system. 6. Furnish and install new ANSI/SPRI ES 1 Kynar coated 24 gauge Hickman TerminEdge System. 7. Provide a full system Firestone Red Shield 20 year warranty. 8. Job will have daily site inspections by MWA.
