Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to design and construct a new flagship Resource Management Center (RMC) & Storage Building. The new facilities will provide for forestry management & administrative functions, forest ranger operations, forest visitor contact point, staff and public meetings, equipment & vehicle storage. The design and construction of the RMC will be in accordance with USGBC LEED green building rating system for new construction & will target a minimum Certified rating The Goals for SDB participation: 14% The Goals for VBE participation: 3% As of December 11, 2025, this project is current in the Agreement Negotiations stage with the design professional. Further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. A tentative bid schedule for contractors is scheduled for Summer 2024. However, the firm timeline have not been identified.
