**As of August 29, 2023 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Township of Upper St. Clair, PA will receive Contractor Qualifications Statements for review and consideration on inclusion on Bid List for the USC-Community & Recreation Center- Outdoor Pool Re-Plastering Work, located in the Township of Upper St. Clair at; 1551 May view Road, Upper St. Clair, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 15241. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the proposed contract value shall be included within the Proposal Package. A Performance, Labor and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the proposed contract value will be required for the successful bidder. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Code of the Township, all Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Township. A Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Determination will be in effect and bound within the Project Manual supplied to qualified bidders.
