MRPC is requesting proposals for the completion of a feasibility study for a sports complex. The specific work to be undertaken by the successful consultant for the Indoor/Outdoor Sports Complex Feasibility Study as described in this section. Recognizing that there may be different approaches to developing specific deliverables included in this project’s Scope of Work, MRPC and the technical advisory team will allow flexibility in how consultants propose to execute the work, as long as all deliverables are met as stated in this proposal. The technical advisory committee comprised of members of the Tourism Bureau and the PCGA, along with MRPC staff will consider input from respondents as to other suggested services to be included in the study. Those services should be listed as optional and additional in the submission. Following the selection process, a meeting will be held to negotiate the final scope of work and a contract for services.
