The successful bidder must provide all necessary equipment and materials to successfully complete the installation of the generator, transfer switch, controllers and other items necessary. All work is to be coordinated with the Center Director, Tracy Jay. The contractor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless; the district from alleged damages or injuries arising directly or indirectly from the contractor's negligent acts or omissions while performing the work under this contract. Product Specifications - see attached. Additional Specifications o Provide Kohler 30CCL o All equipment is EPA-certified. o Quote to include additional panels and breakers, as well as rerouting circuits as necessary. o Warranty information must be included in bid, noting which products have a limited warranty and which products do not have a limited warranty. o Pro-rated warranties are not acceptable. o MCPSS to provide concrete pad/base for generator. o MCPSS to provide propane tank and/or source. o Brand listed or approved equal. o All equipment furnished must be able to be serviced locally. o Optional Pricing: Quote the annual/semi-annual maintenance that is required by the manufacturer. Describe in detail the contract you are quoting. o List all manufacturer warranties included with generator. o Remote communication through a PC via network capability. o Generator to include start up and approved by a Kohler service dealer to comply with all warranties.
