Asset Inventory and Assessment (AIA) for County Water System ($150,000) - Inventory of allsurface and sub-surface assets associated with the ReverseOsmosis Water System. This includes, but is not limited to, 3 elevated water tanks, 4 wells, approximately 155 miles of distribution lines, 3.64 miles of raw water mains and 4,232 residential and nonresidential connections. Contingent upon formal awards, Pasquotank County is soliciting requests for qualifications for professional engineering services to assist the county in the development of a current Asset Inventory and Assessment Plan. The fees for professional engineering services will be paid with grant funds. Upon completion of the review, Pasquotank County will award and contract the work authorized by the Pasquotank County Board of Commissioners. Respondents may review the grant application which includes descriptions of the proposed work including activities, budgets, schedules and other pertinent information by visiting the Pasquotank County Manager's Office at 205 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 at regular office hours. Once the most qualified firm is selected, costs for the services will be negotiated. The contract shall be contingent upon formal grant awards. If an agreement of contract compensation cannot be determined with the first qualified firm, Pasquotank County will eliminate that firm and begin a discussion with the next most qualified firm.
