Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ferris, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 23,735 SY of 6" - 3,600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 25,134 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Ferris specifications to serve 158 lots on approximately 39 acres. The project is located West and South of the intersection of F.M. 983 and Jimmie Birdwell Blvd. in City of Ferris ETJ, Ellis County, Texas. The above-described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
