Site Directions: 16700 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55346 Work for this project includes: removal of the existing AHU-2 and AHU-3 that serve Rink #1 and installation of a new rooftop air handling unit for Rink #1; removal of the existing HVAC system that serves the Free Weight Room (AHU-5 and its air cooled condensing unit) and installation of a new HVAC system for the Free Weight Room. Removal of the existing abandon AHU-4 HVAC system Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as obligee, Surety 2000 or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids
