The College will establish a contract with one or more contractors to provide the services on an on-call basis through July of 2025. Services include, but are not limited to, basic lawn care & maintenance, raking and removal of leaves, weed control, trimming and pruning bushes and small trees, and bark dusting. The projects will vary in size. Scheduling of projects will begin immediately after contract execution. Contract Award/Best Value: The primary basis for Contract award is the hourly rate offered, but the Contract will be awarded based upon "Best Value." "Best Value" may include, but not be limited to a cost/benefit analysis to define the best combinations of quality, services, timeliness of delivery, cost consideration over the life of the Contract, and professional references. Multiple Contract Award(s): The College reserves the right to award multiple on-call Contracts to provide the Work under this RFQ unless the College determines, after evaluation of Quotations, that only one Offeror is capable of providing the Work at the level of quality required. Contract Term/Combined Consideration: The Contract(s) will be a maximum of 2-years in length. There will be no Contract extensions. Consideration for the work performed under all of the Contract(s) combined will not exceed $150,000 in a 2-year period. No Guarantee of Volume of Work: The College makes no guarantee, express or otherwise, as to the volume of Work anticipated to be made against any Contract resulting from this RFQ. The College reserves the right to solicit Bids or Proposals for specific projects outside of any Contract resulting from this RFQ.
