Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Oakville invites tenders for construction services described as the refurbishment of two (2) existing air handling units at Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road. The scope includes but is not limited to fan refurbishments, replace fan motors, VFDs, sensors, control actuators, control valves, hydronic coils, humidifiers, shell improvements, duct improvements and miscellaneous parts. The town will only accept tenders from those contractors who form part of RFSQ-8-2022 Pre_Qualified HVAC and Mechanical Contractors.
