The Cle Elum-Roslyn Elum Police Department is seeking proposals for an HVAC system. Sealed bids must include: o The cost of parts, equipment and installation to replace the current heat pump at the Cle Elum Police Department. o The cost of de-activation and rerouting power and necessary components to a mini split system. o Any necessary electrical upgrades or installation. Necessary installation and equipment include: Install mini-split system. 36k low ambient heat pump 24k head for main area D9k head for smaller ancillary room Line sets and line hide around building to heat pump. Install cadet heater in storage room. 220 volts run to heat pump. Each bid or proposal must list each item separately and include Washington State sales tax. All bids or proposals must be in writing, sealed and filed at the front desk of the police department on or before the day and hour above mentioned.
