The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of an existing residential structure adjacent to the existing Village Hall, renovation of the Village Hall interior lobby area, and construction of a new addition consisting of an assembly space and conference room. Work generally consists of cast in place concrete, concrete flatwork, metal stud walls, light gauge steel trusses, interior finishes, restroom plumbing, HVAC systems, lighting, generator installation, erosion control, site work and other miscellaneous items. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
