All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with Cary and NCDOT Standard Specifications and Details. The successful bidder will be required to: Prepare and implement a traffic control plan Install post-mounted traffic signage and pavement markings in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) Comply with all requirements of the NCDOT Encroachment Contract for work within NCDOT right-of-way This project will be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions and using the Cary small construction agreement, a sample of which is attached for reference.
