PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Lighting Replacement project Perry's Victory IPM National Historic Site in Put-In-Bay, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to: Install updated LED lighting for the 4,600 sf Visitor Center. Project shall provide for occupancy, override task lighting. Including 1 theater control system with wall mounted panel and programmed switches. Auditorium is 783 sf. All fixtures are being revamped, replaced or re-lamped for LED technology. This includes can lights, track lighting and decorative fixtures throughout the facility. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6423Q0051 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2023 with performance to begin in August 2023. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Ottawa County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Prior Experience, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238210, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
