The contractor shall provide the specific deliverables described below within the performance period stated: Trailer Mounted electronic signage with the following specifications: o under 2000 pounds o standard 2-inch ball coupler tow-hitch o Removable drawbar for shipping and for added theft protection. o Heavy duty hand winch for one person use. o Rotating display 360 degrees o Braking system to hold board in place safely. o Onboard touch screen controller o Outriggers for added stability o Solar panels to charge batteries o Shore power capabilities o 3 lines of 8 characters on display o Deployed footprint near 143" x 96"
