Chicago zoological society pachyderm house comprehensive engineering assessment All question(s) must be submitted in writing no later than June 28, 2023. CZS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, without explanation, to waive irregularities, and to accept a proposal, which in CZS sole judgment, is in CZS best interests. The iconic Pachyderm House Exhibit located within the Brookfield Zoo, is home to Black Rhinoceros, Capybara, Galapagos Tortoise, Lowland Tapir and is a popular exhibit amongst Brookfield Zoo allowing guests indoor and outdoor viewing. The exhibit contains indoor animal exhibit spaces and outdoor habits with in-ground pools constructed of concrete and decorative shotcrete exhibitory in and around the pools. The building is approx. 22,000 SF mostly located within the first floor (ground level). A partial basement and a 2nd floor mezzanine exist The Chicago Zoological Society is committed to ensuring that certified minority-owned business enterprises (MBE's), women-owned business enterprises (WBE's), disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE's), and U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a)-certified (8(a)'s) firms are afforded opportunities to compete for and participate in the Chicago Zoological Society's purchasing activities.
