Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1. Main entry plaza: Removal of existing concrete slabs at front entry, along with removal of some trees, plantings, and benches. Replace with new concrete sidewalk, plantings, landscape beds, plants, and sod. Provide new site pole lighting fixtures. Extend the existing irrigation system. 2. West entry: remove portion of existing sidewalk, replace with new. Provide new sod and landscaping bed. 3. South RWL area: excavate for new swale. Install new concrete swale, build up grade for positive slope, provide new rock landscape area. Re-do damaged electrical (complete with trenching and asphalt). 4. Additional work as shown in the drawings. Municipal Address: 511 3 Ave W, Drumheller, AB T0J 0Y0 Legal Description: Lot 3, Block A, Plan 7910609. Physical Limits: Work of the Contract is not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines.
