PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of constructing concrete sidewalk, prepping an area for playground equipment to be installed, and landscaping improvements The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier s check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Work on the Base Bid Contract shall be completed within 40 WORKING DAYS.
