Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed (Work) consists of disconnecting and demolishing the Zachry Drive Booster Station; installation of approximately 30 L.F. of 8" ductile iron (DI) water main at the booster station and along Dover Road; installation of a water main flushing assembly on Providence Boulevard to include approximately 15 L.F. of 12" DI water main, 12" gate valve, two (2) 6" gate valves, and approximately 70 L.F. of 6" DI fire hydrant lead installed by open-cut excavation across Power Street. The Work includes trenching and backfilling, pavement and concrete repair, pipe work and all necessary appurtenances, waterline testing and disinfection as shown on the Drawings and as set out more fully in the Specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the Work. Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) §62-6-103 and §62 6-112. Bidders are required to provide evidence of compliance with TCA Title 62, Chapter 6 before any Bidder's Bid may be considered.
