The Potable Water Scope is Generally, the Abandonment of Existing 10-inch Cast Iron Potable Water Main With New 12-inch and 8-inch Water Mains. The Sanitary Sewer Scope is the Replacement of Existing 8- inch Vcp With New 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Main and a Section of Pipe Lining With Cure-in-place-pipe. The Project Package Includes Two Sets of Plans: One for Potable Water and the Other for Sanitary Sewer. Potable Water: 12-inch C900, Dr 181,026 Lf 8-inch C900, Dr 18427 Lf Sanitary Sewer: Open Cut, 8-inch Pvc Sdr 351,163 Lf Cure in Place Pipe, 8-inch 153 Lf Each Bidder Shall File With His Bid a Bid Security in the Form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check or a Bidders Bond in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to Whom a Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond Guaranteeing Faithful Performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond Guaranteeing Payment of All Debts Arising Out of the Work North Washington Street Water and Sanitation District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities Therein.
