Renovation of a municipal facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove five, (5) existing overhead doors in entirety, including associated hardware, supports, controllers and weather-stripping. Remove and turn over to Owner, Pneumatic safety edge, and associated controls. Any guards or other items to be removed to facilitate door removal, are to be retained for reinstallation by this Contractor. Install same amount, five (5), new overhead doors, including all associated hardware, supports, controllers and weather-stripping, as per attached specifications. Doors are to have both electric motor, and manual chain operations. The City reserves the right to reject any Bidder or Bid in its sole discretion Question Deadline: June 22, 2023, 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time A bid bond from a Surety company authorized by law to carry on business in the Province of Ontario, in favour of the Corporation of the City of Oshawa, equal to, or greater than, ten (10%) percent of the total bid submitted Award subject to final approval
