Invitation to bid for IFB 23-085: System Operations Center Sitework and Foundation Project per Huntsville Utilities requirements. Before the bid documents can be sent to a prospective bidder, it is required that you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA is necessary to ensure the confidentiality of the project details and our business interests. Work is to be performed per drawings and specifications provided by the Huntsville Utilities. Your proposal must be submitted on the appropriate proposal form to be acceptable. Supplementary information should also be attached on a separate sheet. Your proposal must include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision to complete the Scope of Work in a timely and professional manner. The Contractor in doing this work will act as an independent contractor and not as an agent or employee of the Huntsville Utilities. Envelopes or packages containing bids must be marked with the Bid Opening information. Information must be placed on the outside of the envelope/package and include IFB Number, Project Name, Opening Date, State Contractors License Number, and Attn: Miranda Duke. Bids without the proper bid opening information may be considered nonresponsive.
