Site work for a water / sewer project in Carbondale, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 19, 2023, project was awarded to North Peak Inc, awarded amount is $347,223.80.** The MUA Replacement project consists of the removal and relocation of an existing Digestor Building MUA to the Upper Mechanical Building, and the installation of new duct work to an existing exhaust fan located on the Upper Mechanical Building roof. The work also includes the installation of a new MUA on the Digestor Building (pre-purchased by owner), installation of three new exhaust fans, and removal and installation of duct work to all HVAC equipment. A 5% bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
