Site work for a mixed-use development in Sturgis, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
AThe Owner reserves the right to request qualification information from any bidder before issuing documents, receiving bids or awarding a contract. The Owner may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject bidders as qualified. The right to waive any informalities in qualification materials is reserved by the Owner. The Bidder, in submitting their bid, agrees to accept the decision of the Owner as final. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security. Bid Security shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base Bid(s). Bid Security may take the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or a Money Order. Questions of a technical nature which may arise as a result of this Request for Bid may be directed to Ray Sterling, Director of Finance, (269) 659-1503. The Scope of Work includes the removal of the current tennis courts and the installation of six new tennis courts and a hitting wall in the same location. Remove the existing tennis courts and basketball courts. Improve the site, so that water from the surrounding drain and pool onto the courts during the Spring thaw Install a hitting wall where the basketball courts are currently located. Install 6 tennis courts where the tennis courts are currently located (per the attached design).
