Addenda, if any, will be posted on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 THE TIME LISTED ABOVE FOR CLOSING REFLECTS THE TIME ZONE IN WHICH YOUR COMPUTER IS SET TO. The Contractor shall furnish both a performance and a payment bond for any contract for public work over $175,000 in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. These bonds shall indemnify the City for loss sustained by the City on account of or by reason of the acts of the Contractor or the acts of anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor in the prosecution of the work. Each bond shall include the names and address of the Contractor and the Surety. The contractor must maintain the payment and performance bonds for the life of the contract, including contract amendments, extensions, or other contract changes. If the cost of the work increases during the life of the contract, the contractor is responsible for providing additional payment and performance bonds to cover the cost of the work. In the event that the cost of the work includes a contingency, such contingency must be covered by the payment and performance bonds. Section 26. Insurance. Contractor shall be required to carry insurance of the kind and in the amounts shown below for the life of the contract. Certificates for General Liability Insurance must state that the City of Saint Paul, its officials, employees, agents and representatives are Additional Insureds. Policy must include an "all services, products, or completed operation endorsement as a sublimit to the General Liability Policy. Errors and omissions coverage must be included if the Contractor will be providing services for the City as a sublimit of the General Liability policy. Agent must state on the certificate if company carries errors and omissions coverage.
