Base Estimate Range Between $520,000 and $629,000 Questions submitted less than 72 hours in advance of bid opening may not receive a response. A bid security of 10% is required from all bidders. The bid security must be in the form of cash, certified or cashier check, electronic bond , or a bid bond in favor of the Department. Bid Security other than electronic bond must be received by the Department prior to the bid opening closing time specified above. A payment bond and a performance bond each 100% of the value of the contract are required from the successful bidder.
