This a a solicitation for a roadway stabilization project (gravel road) for the USDA ARS Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center in Hilo, HI. Please see the attached SF18 RFQ and other attachment for more information and instructions on how to schedule a site visit and how to respond to the RFQ. This is a total small business set-aside with a magnitude of construction of less than $25,000. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 11:00 a.m. PST, Monday, July 17, 2023. The USDA-ARS/PBARC/DKI Germplasm Repository Lab located at 928 Stainback Highway in Hilo Hawaii, requires the construction of a gravel road approximately 1800' long x 12' wide. The roadway will be constructed on an existing dirt roadway to provide roadway stabilization for vehicles during inclement weather.
