Renovation of a library in Russell, Kansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.

The City of Russell desires a licensed contractor to provide a solution(s) to repair, retrofit, or replace the existing system, including equipment start-up and user training upon project completion. Alternatively, provide a proposal for Onsite Support to include scheduled maintenance and trouble calls. Performance Bond - Under KSA 60-1111, a payment bond is required for projects if the expenditure of over $100,000 is to make any public improvements, construct any public building, or make repairs on the same. The City of Russell reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any or all technicalities as determined by the City Manager of the City of Russell.
