The Borough of Sea Bright, Monmouth County, New Jersey, has issued a Request for Proposals for the completion of the proposed development of the "Mad Hatter", a 15,000 sf. restaurant/bar located at 10 East Ocean Avenue in the Borough of Sea Bright, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The construction of the restaurant/bar was initiated in 2015 and has not been completed. The goal of the Request for Proposals is to receive a viable concept plan for the completion of the development and a realistic financial plan to support the completion of the development or a viable alternative development. The deadline for submission of written questions pertaining to the RFP is Monday, June 19, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
