Reconfiguration of the shared use pathway connecting Powerline Road to the new pedestrian bridge over the Umatilla River near Stephens Avenue. Pathway connections to existing facilities will be constructed for Powerline Road, River Park, and the new pedestrian bridge. All pathway grades, cross slopes, and connections to existing facilities will conform to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance. In addition to the new paved 10 pathway, improvements will include solar powered pathway lighting, park benches mounted to concrete pads, removal of the existing pathway surfacing, grading, construction of a soldier pile retaining wall, and seeding all disturbed areas Liquidated Damages: Liquidated damages shall apply against the Contractor and accrue to the Owner at the rate of $1,500 per day for each and every calendar day that the project remains uncompleted beyond the time limit set.
