Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanna, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Special Areas Board requests proposals to renovate two washrooms, remove 2 steam radiators, remove ceramic tiles from the floor and walls, remove 3 toilets, 3 sinks and 2 vanities, remove metal privacy partition panels. Insulate 1 outside wall and replace drywall, paint rooms, reinstall steam radiators, replace flooring with vinyl flooring, (which may be provided) install new toilets, sinks, faucets and vanities. Remove tiles, linoleum and rubber baseboard from hallway, stairs and entrance. Repair and paint walls, replace flooring and rubber baseboards. (Flooring and baseboard will be provided.) Floor area is approximately 550sqft. The boardroom kitchen area will consist of removing existing kitchen cabinets, sink and counter tops. New cabinets, countertop, sink and faucet will then have to be installed. Flooring is already in place, and extra flooring is on hand for any repairs or modifications required.
