The project consists of the renovation of two stand-alone bathrooms on the River Vale Country Club golf course. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check to the order of the Township in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or $20,000.00, whichever is less, for each bid submitted The proposal shall further contain a consent of surety agreement under which the surety company agrees to post a performance and payment bond if the contract is awarded to its principal.
